Thank you to my team, all the support, and my coach @kasperhenrikpedersen for the big steps forward these past five weeks. Finally put together a good performance over this distance and excited for what’s ahead.

1 hour at 38.3°C and 37% humidity, averaging 257W with a peak core temp of 38.5°C.
Sweat rate was 2.35L per hour, showing strong cooling capacity but also how quickly hydration can become a limiter.
At 1.95 watts per bpm, aerobic efficiency stayed high even as the heat built. It’s a good reminder that heat training is not just about surviving the temperature, it’s about teaching your body to stay efficient when things get uncomfortable.

T100 French Riviera 🇫🇷
You can’t be off with anything at this level and a rough swim left me fighting all day. Some new PB power and HR numbers on the bike in a desperate bid to get back into the race.

I ended the day with P16. It was an honor to get the wildcard to race here. I leave disappointed but motivated, and on a mission to return ready to fight at the front.
